All Eastern Sierra Engineering testing personnel are certified by NAQTC, Caltrans, and ACI, with extensive experience in Caltrans, NDOT, ASTM, and AASHTO test methods. Our engineers and materials testers have provided testing services for the FHWA, FAA, NDOT, Caltrans, and numerous counties and cities across Nevada and California.
ESE is fully equipped to mobilize across northern Nevada and California, utilizing mobile materials testing laboratories for construction projects in remote locations. We have developed and implemented a comprehensive quality control program to ensure the accuracy of materials testing results and maintain the highest standards in construction services.
Our ICC-certified inspectors are qualified to inspect soils and spray-applied fireproofing. Additionally, our personnel receive specialized training, including OSHA 10-hour certification and MSHA 24-hour training.

Eastern Sierra Engineering operates permanent construction materials testing laboratories in Bishop and Mammoth Lakes, California, as well as Reno, Nevada. Additionally, we maintain two mobile materials testing laboratories for use in remote areas. Our Reno and Bishop laboratories are Caltrans certified, with our Reno facility also holding AASHTO accreditation.
Equipped to handle the majority of testing required for transportation-related projects, our laboratories provide comprehensive testing services for soils, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete.

Eastern Sierra Engineering regularly provides materials testing services to state transportation agencies, as well as contractors and producers working on state highway projects.
