The existing RV spaces were reconfigured to meet both the requirements of RV spaces and of the new tiny homes with covered parking and sheds. Due to the reconfiguration of the RV spaces, new utility connection points were required and the electrical panels were upgraded to meet the higher demand from the tiny homes. The new spaces and utilities were reconfigured to maintain as many of the existing pine trees as possible.
